Understanding the Mandatory DOL Exempt Status Changes Effective December 1st!

When:  May 25, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (CT)

On May 18th, the DOL changed their guidelines for how businesses compensate their employees. Any business with employees who are paid a salary of $47,476 per year will now be required to pay them by the hour (non-exempt) thus subject to overtime pay.
